Abstract
This article analyzes the faunal remains recovered in Offering 125, a ritual deposit found to the west of the Tlaltecuhtli monolith. Taxonomic identification of the zoological species and the areas of origin will shed light on the regions that were within the sphere of access of the Triple Alliance during the reign of Ahuitzotl. En este artículo se analizan los restos faunísticos recuperados en la Ofrenda 125, depósito ritual encontrado al oeste del monolito de Tlaltecuhtli. La identificación taxonómica de las especies zoológicas y de su origen da nuevas luces sobre las regiones a las que tuvo acceso la Triple Alianza durante el reinado de Ahuítzotl
